Evaluation of immunohistochemical activity of dentin-pulp organs of dog’s teeth after stimulation with laser, MTA, and theracal therapies

Objectives: This immunohistochemical study was performed to assess the different activities in dentin-pulp organs pulp of mongrel dogs after stimulation with low-level laser (LLL), mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), and TheraCal light-cured (LC) as therapy compare their effect conventional calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)) cement material. Materials Methods: A total 8 male 12-18 months old weighing 10-15 kg were selected be enrolled this study. Animal choice, administration, surgical protocol, provision completed according regular techniques standards by Faculty Veterinary, Cairo University, Egypt. All accomplished under general anesthesia (GA) a sterile operating room aseptic circumstances restricted isolation. The exposure procedure carried out through preparation Class V cavity on buccal surfaces animal premolar teeth. In each four teeth involved allocated groups grounded (group I: LLL; group II: MTA; III: LC; IV; Ca(OH). final restoration glass ionomer (GIC). analysis following established methods.
